Despite its Swedish origins, the pattern and palette of Howe’s Frude is quite reminiscent of rustic vintage French striped fabrics. The heavy weight and tight weave elevate the fabric and lends a very smart feel and the fully reversible nature an opportunity for varied applications.

The front face of this reversible fabric is heavily speckled with the white and taupe weft yarns, which soften the boldness of the strong navy, red and white vertical stripes against the warm marled background. The reverse showcases the stripes in clearer focus and is a bit softer to the touch.
